On the 13th of September we will be joined by Kim Michael to hear about some of the great work she has been doing on Pygmy Bluetongues!
Like a lot of us Kim’s introduction to reptiles was catching wild Blue Tongues as a young girl. With years of private keeping experience Kim now finds herself in the field catching and surveying reptiles as a field ecologist.
A PhD Candidate at Flinders Uni, Kim has spent the last two years assessing habitat suitability for the endangered pygmy blue tongues.
Come along to hear about the Pygmy Blue tongue ecology and the research currently being done, assessing the viability of translocating the Pygmy Blue tongue back into Adelaide.
The Victoria Hotel 188 Hyde Street, Yarraville VIC 3013
7.00 pm – 10.30pm
Meetings are free to attend and everyone is welcome.
