Due to unforeseen circumstances, our previously advertised speaker – John Mostyn of the Australian Reptile Park in Gosford will be unable to attend our next meeting.  We will look at booking him in for a future event.

Michael Taylor from the Healesville Sactuary has stepped into the breech and will entertain us with a couple of talks.

Mike’s first talk is titled “Keeping elapids at the Sanctuary” which will including training for new staff, policy and procedures implemented to ensure the safety of both staff and the public.

His second talk deals with “Mixed species exhibits”  – What has and hasn’t worked well at the sanctuary. Things to consider when planing a mixed exhibit.
